Shipping Info
When your order has been completed, you shall receive an email receipt confirming the details of your order. All orders will be packed and dispatched within a week of the receipt of the order. During the Christmas holidays it can take up to 2 weeks before your order is dispatched.

National orders are sent tracked via Hermes and should reach you within a week after sending.

International orders are sent tracked with DHL Express, except the USA and Australia (services tba). International orders can take 2-4 weeks, however we try to get your orders out asap.

Due to customs and postal delays beyond our control please allow up to 30 days for delivery before contacting us for lost packages.

IMPORTANT - SHIPPING INFO:

ORDERS OUTSIDE OF GERMANY DO NOT COME WITH TRACKING AS STANDARD. TRACKING CAN BE ARRANGED AT AN EXTRA COST (USUALLY EUR 4) BY EMAILING US.
PLEASE MAKE YOUR ORDER AND ADD A NOTE TELLING US YOU WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE TRACKING AND WE WILL BE IN TOUCH TO ARRANGE THIS FOR YOU. THANKS!

* If you do not request tracked and signed shipping with us and the order is returned after not being collected, we can not refund the costs of postage. We can only resend the order once new postage costs are paid.

* If you make a mistake with your address we can not help with changing it if the order is already shipped. Please be very careful with entering addresses when ordering.

* We strongly advise tracking for the following countries - Netherlands, Belgium, Russia, Kazakhstan, Poland.
Return Policy
All goods leave us brand new. If a record or merch doesn´t arrive after more than 4 weeks or it arrives you damaged please get in touch immediately and send us photos and a description and we will do our best to solve the problem.

We offer a returns policy on all physical items.

We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase when you receive it. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied you can return it to us, in perfect condition within 14 days of the date you received the item. We will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (but not the postage and packaging).

Goods returned must be “as new” with no damage.

All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice / receipt and a written explanation of why you are returning the goods.

Refunds will be given in the same form of payment you originally used to make the purchase within 14 days of us receiving your return.
